Apprentice Facilities Assistant  

Full time, office based in London - UK

As an Apprentice, Facilities, you will 

  • Sort, deliver, and collect post and deliveries for the Head Office building 

  • Arrange couriers for delivery and collection when needed 

  • Manage telephone calls to ensure a quick and professional response 

  • Book and coordinate internal meeting rooms (i.e., arrange refreshments, order catering, etc) 

  • Perform regular checks of all areas of the building especially kitchens, washrooms, and meeting rooms 

  • Assist with ordering supplies (i.e., stationery, business cards, phones, hardware, cleaning products) 

  • Participate in Health and Safety risk assessments, workstation assessments, fire drills, and first aid cases 

  • Partner with Facilities Manager on any additional task that may be needed 

About you 

  • Strong communication skills and can confidently talk to clients at all levels 

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, and other online tools) 

  • GCSE qualification in English and Math, grade A* to C/9 to 4 

  • You have great attention to detail and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously 

  • Able to self-study and keep motivation and commitment throughout tenure 

  • Great organisation skills and desire to keep workplace a safe and friendly environment
