Specialist, Back Office (Remote)

The Specialist will work with operations, technology, and training teams to identify and reduce interface errors. They will also ensure that all weekly transactions are accounted for in their respective back-office systems. The specialist will provide, create, and maintain BCD Travel's back office reports, data, and processes.
As a Specialist, Back Office, you will
- Coordinate with other BCD departments to ensure all transactions have interfaced
- Identify and correct booking and ticketing errors within QC
- Be accountable for following queue procedures
- Review errors with the supervisor / other staff to spot potential GDS issues
- Communicate with the accounts on recurring issues to reduce further errors
- Monitor interface lines for potential issues and communicate to the data center as neeeded
About you
- Knowledge of GDS Sabre (additional GDS knowledge is preferred)
- Front Office reservation experience
- Basic Knowledge of the Back office system
- Ticketing, QC, or ARC (Airline Reporting Corporation) experience a plus
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You can apply service concepts and techniques
- Due to data being handled this role requires a U.S. Citizen residing on U.S. soil

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Specialist, Back Office is between $46,000 and $50,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
