Senior Executive Assistant to EVP People & Culture (Hybrid)

Are you highly organized, analytically capable, and motivated by working at the center of executive decision making? Do you combine a can do attitude with assertiveness, discretion, and strong business acumen?
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to partner closely with the EVP People & Culture, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional running of his global office. This is an essential role to the success of the global People & Culture organization. In close partnership with the EVP, you will act as a trusted enabler – creating structure, clarity, and momentum behind a complex international agenda. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations and execution, supporting both day‑to‑day effectiveness and longer‑term priorities.
This role is first and foremost a service and enablement role. Success comes from taking pride in supporting others and ensuring the EVP People & Culture can operate at his best. The scope includes a full spectrum of executive support activities, ranging from analytical and strategic tasks to practical, hands on responsibilities. This can include managing meeting logistics and coordination, handling routine administrative and organizational tasks, and supporting hospitality needs.
This role supports a global executive agenda across regions, cultures and time zones. As such, a high degree of flexibility is required
As a Senior Executive Assistant to EVP People & Culture, you will
- Manage a complex and dynamic executive calendar across multiple time zones
- Prepare, structure, and follow up on leadership meetings and forums
- Create high quality PowerPoint presentations and executive materials
- Support data analysis, reporting, and preparation of insights using Excel
- Coordinate leadership communications and key deliverables
- Track priorities, actions, and decision follow up across the People & Culture organization
- Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Act as a key interface with senior stakeholders globally
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
About you
- You have prior experience in an intermediate to senior level role. These could include: Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative role, Chief of Staff or Executive Support role, Project, Operations, or Business Support function, HR, Finance, or Strategy support roles
- You have a strong can do attitude, balanced with sound judgment
- You have a clear service mindset and pride in enabling others
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Above average proficiency in MS365; Excel and PowerPoint in particular
- Comfort working with data, numbers and basic analysis
- A structured approach and strong process mindset
- The ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
- High attention to detail and follow through
- Strong professional communication skills in English; written and spoken
- Integrity, discretion and trustworthiness
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a global or international environment is a strong advantage
