VVIP Travel Executive - BCD Media & Entertainment (Hybrid role)

Full-time, London, United Kingdom

Please note this role will follow out of hours hours shifts depending on Vvips request. 

Are you passionate about providing a bespoke, white-glove service to high-profile clients? Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoy going the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience? BCD Media & Entertainment is looking for an exceptional VVIP Travel Expert to join our team.

Before you are given your own Vvip account, you would be expected to help look after some of the other Vvip accounts, get acquainted with the type of service offered, and help with holidays, etc.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all travel needs, offering tailored, first-class support to our VVIP clients. You’ll be calm, reassuring, and ready to tackle any task with a positive, solutions-oriented approach. Your ability to think on your feet, make recommendations, and provide expert advice will be essential.

We would like it if you had dual knowledge of both booking platforms, Sabre and Amadeus. 

As a VVIP Travel Executive - BCD Media & Entertainment, you will

• Accurately and efficiently handle incoming travel requests either by phone, BCD personal mobile, or e-mail, as you will be their emergency line if anything is needed when they are traveling
• Book meet and greet services, private charter flights, and any other concierge requests needed
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and fulfill the payment process on behalf of the client
• Work closely and monitor Vvips from start to finish of their trip and pre-empt all aspects of their travel itineraries
• Check flight schedules to make sure that there are no delays or disruptions and rearrange if disruptions happen
• Contact hotels before the VVIP arrives to make sure everything is in place and all requests have been met

About you

• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, procedures, and processes
• Advanced skills in travel industry systems – Sabre and Amadeus
• Ability to work flexible hours – i.e. - following your Vvip when they are traveling and taking charge if anything needs to be done
• Proven excellent customer service provision and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to easily establish rapport and develop lasting relationships with the booker and traveler
• Entertainment or Vvip travel industry knowledge is preferred
