Training Manager

Full time, Colombo, Sri Lanka

In this role,you will be responsible to design, implement engaging training programs. This role involves developing impactful training materials, ensuring effective delivery, and evaluating sessions to drive continuous improvement.

As a Training Manager, you will 

• Create, manage, and implement training programs across organzition and for employees at all levels.

• Identify training needs throughout all departments to align with business objectives, ensuring programs are innovative, interactive, and engaging

• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to customize training programs and ensure their effective execution.

• Ensure learning activities are completed by the team on-time and on-budget 

• Focus on soft skills development to enhance employee growth and workplace effectiveness.   

• Help to develop training materials that deliver a maximum impact to the audience 

About you 

• Extensive experience in managing L&D activities, preferably in the travel industry, BPO, or call center environment.

• Ability to evaluate strategic priorities and ensure that learning activities contribute to the business goals.

• Strong consultative and collaborative abilities, within and across the organization, to fulfill needs and requests.

• Ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.

• Innovative and adaptable approach to learning methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
