Team Lead (Hybrid)

Full time, Singapore

 

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team's potential. To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.   

 

As a Team Lead, you will  

  • Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment 

  • Develop process curriculum by attending conference calls and meetings to identify customer requirements 

  • Partner with Team Leaders and operations manager for course deliverables, establish expectations and risks, and determine specific training needs for the staff 

  • Create high quality deliverables within projected deadlines 

  • Monitor effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvement when necessary 

  • Coach and provide support to the staff for the assigned process 

 

About you 

  • You have experience in the travel domain 

  • Expert hands-on knowledge on all aspects of the travel reservations process and technology products, including airline GDS 

  • Ability to understand the big picture and offer suggestions and feedback to improve the overall operation 

  • Proven excellence in customer service delivery 

  • Working knowledge of all MS applications including Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint 

  • Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to foster effective teamwork and demonstrates adaptability and flexibility
