T4M (Travel For Meetings) Program Manager (Remote)

We seek a dynamic leader to drive strategic growth and oversee a high-performing team of Meeting Air Coordinators. This role is pivotal in managing the overall T4M client relationship and spearheading regional and global initiatives that enhance our travel solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a global mindset to support payment standardization efforts and collaborate closely with Regional Account Management teams to ensure seamless global T4M implementations. As a T4M Program Manager, you will

 

  • Own overall responsibility for this new life sciences client's Travel for Meetings (T4M) program, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Oversee strategic travel coordination for investigator meetings, advisory boards, congresses, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with global industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EFPIA, PhRMA) and internal policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and deliver seamless travel experiences for healthcare professionals (HCPs), employees, and stakeholders.
  • Drive strategy for T4M solutions focusing on HCP and group air travel.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and present business cases with clear objectives, ROI, and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain implementation plans, ensuring timely and on-budget project delivery.
  • Lead communication efforts related to T4M projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Meeting Air Coordinators team, including coaching, development, and issue escalation.
  • Support global and regional account teams with payment solutions and meeting technology implementations.
  • Lead efforts to standardize documentation and processes related to payments and meeting technologies.

 

About you 

 

  • Proven experience managing large-scale travel programs or meeting logistics, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to HCP travel (e.g., FDA, EFPIA, PhRMA).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with virtual payment technology and meeting technology platforms
  • Cvent experience is considered a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel as needed

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of T4M Program Manager is between $80,000 and $97,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
