IAM Specialist (Remote)

Full time, Virtual India, Costa Rica, Poland and Spain

As a Development Engineer, you will work closely with peer Application Developers, Database Administrator, Project Managers, and Business Analysts.

As a SAP Gigya CIAM Specialist- IAM specialist for SAP Customer Data Cloud (aka SAP Gigya):

Effectively communicate and resolve technical challenges within a large, diverse, and dispersed team environment.
Research, test, and implement new solution architectures for securing applications (SAML, Azure AD & Auth0).
Provide technical leadership for enterprise Identity and Access Management implementation (SAML, Azure AD & Auth0).
Training other software engineers on identity implementation.
Experience facilitating migrations between CIAM service providers including user migrations between identity providers.
Monitor all certificate expiry notifications from ServiceNow and through lifecycle management to ensure certificates are up to date.
Develop automation and support embedded API calls for external system integration into ticketing platform (Service Now).
Work closely with Information Security team on security enhancements.
Create dataflows to synchronize data and provide technical support to other teams for consuming IAM servers by SAP APIs and SDK.
Experience with migration from one IAM to other and also willing to switch working on other IAMs.
Experience with multiple CIAM service providers is a plus.

About You

Hands-on experience with IAM implementation and L3 support in Consumer Identity and Access Management.
Hands-on experience consuming SAP/IAM APIs, SDKs and workflows/integration scripts.
Proficient in implementing and supporting SAP Gigya CIAM, including application integration, Implementing workflows, query tool, reporting
Strong knowledge of Open ID connect, SAML, OAuth, API integration, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Java/J2EE, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS, and Linux is an added advantage
