The System Technician II is part of the global ICT organization. This role administers, tests, implements, troubleshoots, and maintains Infrastructure architectures to include all related Information Systems and their components. You will provide 2nd level support for Information System related issues, including its relative subcomponents. This position evaluates, tests, and contributes to recommendations on Information Systems and their impact on existing system configurations. You will independently research and resolve moderately to highly complex technical problems.
As a System Technician II, you will
- (Re-) image desktops and laptops via Microsoft Intune Admin Center
- Deploy and (re-) install software via Microsoft Intune Admin Center
- Support with onsite installation of IT equipment
- Plan, coordinate, and execute office openings, moves and closures
- Provide Microsoft Exchange email services with Outlook client
- Support internal customers with technical questions and support issues
- Create/revise documentation thoroughly for use and training
About you
- 3 years of Technical Experience in IT Environment
- Knowledge of IT systems
- Ability to Develop, Interpret, and Follow Written IT Policies and Procedures
- Experienced with Microsoft Business Software Applications and Other Communication tools
- Excellent Communication Skills, Oral, Written and Presentation
- Exceptional Troubleshooting, Problem Solving, and Customer Service Skills
- Microsoft Training / Certifications are a plus
