Travel Agent

Full time, Bangalore, India

As a Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate and respond to requests for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? – Read on! 

As a Travel Agent, you will

• Be responsible for credit card transactions, including submission of credit card files and credit card rejection follow-up and recharging
• Process refunds on the Bank Portal
• Issuance of Credit Notes and refund-related issues (Portal CN)
• Creation of ADM/ACM Article in BRIM
• Update of Missing Enhanced Data
• Research and respond to client’s or Internal Stakeholder’s emails or queries

About you

• MS Office experience, specifically, Word and EXCEL
• Skills in travel industry systems GDS Sabre and GDS Apollo
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving
