Site Administrator Agent Technology Support

Full time, Bangalore, India

 

In this role, you will support users on agent facing Travel Technology solutions provided by BCD Travel. This includes navigational help for the respective travel technology application.

 

As a Site Administrator Agent Technology Support, you will

  • Inform users about available features & processes in the travel tool (is a feature available or if not suggest a more suitable process) to meet the objective 
  • Answer process and navigation requests via inbound calls or mail
  • Conduct assessments in a logical way, understand the request/issue from a user perspective and try to identify the faulty component
  • Document requests, mandatory information, solution or any necessary information for further investigation
  • Respect procedures defined within the tool to ensure smooth communication between support teams and consistency of the data (tickets) recorded
  • If a case/request can’t be answered, escalate case (with all necessary information) to a System Administrator or other defined 2nd level support via the workflow tool 

 

About you

  • Prior experience in the travel industry
  • Excellent knowledge in Agent facing Travel Technology
  • Excellent knowledge of GDS Amadeus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
