Senior Travel Agent (Remote)

Supporting the DACH & Benelux regions
Please note this is an 8:00am to 5:30pm CET, Monday to Friday full-time role 
Full time, Spain, Germany, Poland, Netherlands

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company for client across the DACH and Benelux regions. You’ll communicate and respond to requests from dedicated customer, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? – Read on!  

As a Senior Travel Agent, you will

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Have a strong understanding of client travel policies and consistently provide expert consultation
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary travel regulations
• Provide clients with relevant industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships with the client
• Maintain, actively communicate, and expand your knowledge of the travel industry landscape

About you 

• Extensive Travel Agent experience
• Working knowledge of travel industry standards, policies, procedures, and processes
• Advanced GDS Amadeus skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• German language skills are a strong plus (intermediate/communicative level preferred, not a strict requirement)
