Team Leader

Full time, India, Bangalore

As a Team Leader, you will 

• Oversee the planning and execution of successful and profitable incentives/meetings and events while maintaining a high level of customer service to program participants and the client 
• Continually monitor staff alignment and organization to ensure the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, and productivity 
• Establish plans with team members to ensure maximized performance against goals 
• Conduct annual Performance Reviews 
• Implement and enforce BCD M&E department level standards 
• Conduct forecasting of client revenues and team 

About you 

• Profound supervisory or team leadership experience, as well as client management             
• Experience in events management, meeting planning, and client product knowledge 
• Ability to motivate and provide direction to their team to achieve results 
• Good reasoning skills and accounting and budget acumen 
• Effective organizational and time management skills, with a solid ability to manage multiple tasks and timetables and to set and meet deadlines 
• Experience with selecting and engaging people and monitoring performance 
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels 
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios 
• Being client focused 
• English and German language skills proficiency
