Senior Product  Delivery Manager Amadeus (Remote)

Full-time, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Poland

This global position is responsible for the strategic management of the Amadeus product portfolio and projects. Acting on a global level the PDM is responsible for ensuring Amadeus products are developed and/or integrated efficiently, by working with requestors and developers.

As a Senior Product Delivery Manager Amadeus, you will

• Be responsible for vendor management, including monthly identification & coordination of product requirements with BCD Travel stakeholders per business case 
• Collate, understand and write the business requirements for the product, translating these into functional specifications, workflows, and use case diagrams
• Coordinate release activities, including testing, operational alignment, documentation, and communication per release with BCD Travel stakeholders in line with the master process for Release Management
• Release presentation to BCD Travel Stakeholders – per release cycle
• Be accountable for monthly reporting, including productivity, key service metrics, and product/relationship status
• Be responsible for the maintenance of key product documentation in Salesforce, rooms, and other online distribution channels

About you

• Extensive software marketing/product management experience - planning, forecasting, and production of products
• Strong understanding of TMC & BCD operational processes and workflow
• Strong practical knowledge of technology such as GDS, MIS, OBT, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Previous experience in the corporate travel industry or corporate travel technology sales
• Excellent business writing skills to ensure documentation is written in a clear and concise manner
