Senior Manager - Integrated Project and Change Management ( Travel Management Domain - Non IT )

The Senior Manager is responsible for the functional areas of CSS IPCM Operations. Within this role, the Senior Manager will have direct reporting lines (which may include IPCM Managers) and is responsible to resources as their leader, coach, performance reviewer and compliance and accountability owner.
As a Senior Manager IPCM, you will
- Ensure client implementation objectives are consistently met by coordinating resources, facilitating communication, and resolving issues to mitigate risks and meet deliverables.
- Develop and implement service level agreements and quality standards, continuously reviewing and improving processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Drive results through strong leadership and effective management of diverse teams, ensuring talent acquisition, employee retention, and compliance with HR policies, regulations, and country-specific laws.
- Conduct annual performance reviews, deliver timely feedback, monitor probationary periods, and address performance deficiencies to ensure team and company success.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to share information, reduce risks, improve collaboration, and maintain accurate documentation for transparency and accountability.
- Manage resources and expenses effectively, providing leadership, training, and documentation to support company initiatives, CSS goals, and IPCM programs.
About you
- A minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in the travel industry, including a leadership role with people management responsibilities.
- Extensive technical expertise in managing corporate travel management operations projects, with in-depth knowledge of using relevant software and tools, including GDS systems.
- Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP etc… or equivalent) is a plus
- Proven ability to facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and showstoppers with strong conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral).
