Senior Manager, Account Management (Hybrid)
Full time, Stockholm, Sweden
Responsible for managing a team of five account managers. Accountable for managing the team to achieve the company's goals related to client retention, quality service delivery, client and BCD Travel profitability, revenue, preferred vendor maximization, and technology implementation. May also manage their own client portfolio. The role will be split equally between the people leadership and the individual performer.
As a Senior Manager, Program Management, you will
- Ensures Account Managers establish a strategic client relationship with each of their clients
- Ensures the Account Management team develops strategic client business plans to achieve the client's and BCD Travel's objectives with a focus on revenues
- Monitors/records/analyzes account metrics in Salesforce
- Ensures travel management data is delivered in a qualitative and timely fashion
- Conducts performance reviews for direct reports and assures performance review delivery for down line employees.
- Performs or directs personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation. Exercises hiring and firing authority in coordination with HR.
- Be part of the Nordic Account/Program Management Leadership team
About you
- Bachelor's degree
- Several years of relevant management work experience
- Effective communication skills, oral, written, and presentation
- Commercial mindset and experience
- Proficient in both English and Swedish
- Leadership experience in business travel
- Computer literate in business software applications
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically
