Senior Director, Global Shared Services Business Development (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for program development and business partnerships across the Global Shared Services network. This role provides governance, stakeholder alignment and end-to-end oversight for operational, transformation and service delivery initiatives across Shared Services. Working closely with Operations leaders, business partners and support functions, the Senior Director ensures initiatives are properly defined, prioritized, governed, implemented and transitioned into sustainable operational support models while maintaining alignment with global business objectives.
As a Senior Director, Global Shared Services Business Development, you will
- Lead and develop management team and business partnerships, setting clear objectives, standards, and priorities
- Build consistent program management, stakeholder engagement, and documentation capability across the team
- Act as a structured point of coordination between business partners, and Shared Service Centers
- Support business cases, budgets, pricing and financial assessments for Shared Services initiatives
- Provide oversight of solution designs, mobilization, migration, stabilization and handover
- Support consistent governance across Shared Services locations and regional service centers as appropriate
- Provide governance and visibility of business partner health, service commitments and material risks
- Support operational and technology-enabled transformation efforts affecting Shared Services
- Maintain visibility of cross-functional dependencies and obtain timely decisions from accountable owners
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance management and development for direct reports in coordination with P&C
About you
- Experience leading complex, cross-regional programs and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Knowledge of operating models, transitions, service management, workforce planning, financial governance and risk management
- Experience using enterprise project, portfolio, reporting and collaboration tools
- Experience across multiple delivery centers, offshoring/ outsourcing or strategic service partner environments
- Computer literate in business software applications
- Experience supporting technology transformation, workflow automation, analytics or AI-enabled solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Business travel or travel operations experience is preferred

This position is advertised across multiple locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
- Netherlands: 105,000 -110,000 EUR
- United States: 120,000 - 145,000 USD
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
