Senior Business/Client Analyst (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Client Team in financial analysis, business and ROI modeling, benchmarking, and trending data from client and internal perspective, ad hoc reporting and analytics, and projects.
As a Senior Business/Client Analyst, you will

Analyze data trends to identify patterns and recommend cost-saving initiatives and productivity improvements

Identify and drive opportunities to improve performance against contractual terms and service level agreements

Review financial performance, track variances against budget, and present actionable recommendations to senior management to reduce costs and increase revenue

Analyze client data to uncover trends aligned with key client priorities and evolving industry dynamics

Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting; ensure data integrity and quality assurance across all outputs

Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency in report generation and data delivery
About you

Prior financial analysis experience within the business travel industry, including knowledge of both internal and client financial management

Experience extracting and interpreting data from reporting tools such as DecisionSource, a corporate travel analytics platform that provides insights into traveler behavior, policy compliance, supplier negotiations, and traveler safety tracking

Proficiency in software applications, including internet tools, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Corporate travel account management experience is a plus

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Business/Client Analyst is between $86,000 and $100,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
