Sales Manager, Hong Kong 

Full Time, Hong Kong

you will be play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities and establishing strategic relationships with senior-level executives within target companies. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our growing team in Hong Kong.

 

As a Sales Manager, Hong Kong, you will

  • Build and nurture long-term, targeted strategic business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Adhere to the sales process outlined by sales management, ensuring consistent and effective execution
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans to acquire additional business opportunities from existing clients, prospects and generated leads
  • Identify and penetrate major accounts in target geographic areas, industry segments and global expansions in Hong Kong, ensuring a strong brand identity and market presence.
  • Implement a strategic sales approach for each identified opportunity, maximizing chances of success through effective probability analysis
  • Create a comprehensive business plan to secure profitable new accounts.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of each identified opportunity

 

About you: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial and/or enterprise sales experience
  • Ability to speak in English & Cantonese 
  • At least 3 years of field sales experience in a business-to-business setting in the travel or hospitality industry 
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven experience in successfully closing and implementing client sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking and delivering impactful presentations
  • Strong awareness of the business travel market sector dynamics and trends
  • Effective negotiation skills to drive successful business outcomes
  • In-depth knowledge of business travel management and the supplier landscape
  • Ability to travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidates from travel management companies, hotels & airlines will be preferred
