Quality Supervisor Operations

Full time, Bangalore, India

 

The Quality Supervisor Operations is responsible for day-to-day execution of Quality improvement activities in the Global Access Amadeus- and Global ERM Services Operations arena.

 

The role should structurally increase the speed of change in Global Access Amadeus- and Global ERM Services Operations and allow Operations Supervisors to increase their focus on managing agents.

 

Global Access Amadeus- and Global ERM Services are technology driven, continuously developing, and strategic environments. Performance Management is the first point of contact for overall operational performance. The team oversees, manages and shares operational data and analysis, strategically shapes the OPS teams towards success, accommodates global team communication and knowledge sharing solutions, and coordinates process optimization.

 

The role of the Quality Supervisor Operations will be focused on coordinating or executing improvement activities from an opportunity, identified and documented either by Performance Management or by an operations Supervisor, to an implemented improvement.

 

All activities lie within the boundaries of existing processes, except for testing and training of new processes in support of Performance Management.

 

As a Quality Supervisor Operations, you will

  • Actively support Operations Supervisors to successfully fulfill initiatives
  • Diagnose gaps between required competences and available process information, and address these accordingly
  • Assist Supervisors Operations to document problem statements, and coordinates or owns further steps
  • Control effectiveness of implemented improvement and reports back into Performance Management
  • Be mindful of the clients service level agreement for the accounts serviced in Global Access Amadeus- and Global ERM Services
  • Provide both verbal and written communication to the stakeholders on timely basis

 

About you

  • Prior experience in the corporate travel management industry 
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
  • Advanced skills on travel industry systems (incl. Amadeus)
  • Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Strong problem solving and/or critical thinking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
