Project Manager II, CSS Implementations – Projects – Change Management Remote

Full time, United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain 

 

The CSS IPCM Project Manager II is accountable for delivering different types of projects involving, but not limited to, customer implementations and changes as well as agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes. 

 

The Project Manager II is responsible for the primary role of delivering projects with medium complexity, which is measured by the scale and scope of the request. Complexity can be the number of countries of the complexity of the customer or product. Complexity is determined by the IPCM management team when assigning the request based on the information gathered from the vetting.

 

As a CSS IPCM Project Manager II, you will

  • Plan projects according to the defined scope and confirm all necessary resources are assigned per the project scope
  • Lead discovery, planning, and collaboration calls leveraging CSS MS Teams and IPCM protocols
  • Facilitate effective and constant communication with all project participants (internal/external)
  • Keep the project sponsor(s) and stakeholders informed about the status of the project
  • Maintain project plan updates
  • Manage and coordinate projects of multiple counties at a time

 

About you

  • Prior experience in a project management role in the travel industry
  • Proven success in leading low-complexity projects in travel management operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to work under the stress of meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately while meeting applicable productivity measures
  • Must have good communication skills (written and oral) in English
  • Good technical skills in GDS preferred
  • Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
