Process & Controls Analyst (Remote)

The Process & Controls Analyst plays a central role in shaping and safeguarding the security of BCD’s travel operations and creating the foundation for operational security.
The position is responsible for designing practical embedded controls that eliminate behavioral and process‑level risks, such as caller validation inconsistencies, insecure profile handling, or high‑risk booking exceptions, and translating them into scripted processes, knowledge‑base content, workflow steps, and QA criteria.
This role builds a deep understanding across global contact centers, booking workflows, emergency handling and customer and supplier interactions by connecting the end-to-end booking process, tools, data flows and behaviors both online and offline along with the controls required to ensure safe, consistent, and auditable execution.
The analyst ensures that controls are integrated, measurable, and owned by Operations. By maintaining the Operational Security Map and partnering closely with Operations, Product/Tech, and Risk, the analyst enables a unified, evidence‑based view of process security and drives continuous improvement across regions and services.
As a Process & Controls Analyst, you will
- Be familiar with the security requirements and controls needed to maintain the business operations
- Possess Advanced Process Mapping & Analysis skills-Ability to document operational workflows, sub-processes, variations, and tool interactions
- Identify and communicate threats and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations
- Assist with communication, implementation, and analysis of compliance with security policies, standards and procedures
- Collect, calculate, and format data for metrics reporting
- Maintain process inventory, security maps, control acceptance criteria, and QA findings
- Document, review, and update application architecture and data flow diagrams to assist with auditing and risk analysis
About you
- Combination of education and experience in Information Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related curriculum
- Strong understanding of travel industry contact center operations, booking flows, emergency processes, and data handling
- Ability to design practical controls built directly into scripts, Knowledgebase, workflows, QA, and automation
- Strong organizational, time management, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Aptitude to prioritize and load balance sensitive projects concurrently
