Pricing & Commercial Analyst (Remote/Hybrid)

Full Time, Poland

If you live in the Warsaw area, this will be a hybrid role working in-office 50% monthly. If you live in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, this will be a hybrid role working in-office at least one day per week.

In this role you will use your financial analysis, business insight, and creative skills to support multi-national sales and client retention opportunities. Working closely with Sales, Commercial Development, Finance, and Pricing colleagues around the world, you'll develop pricing proposals that help win and retain business while ensuring profitability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex business challenges, and turning analysis into commercial recommendations.

As a Pricing & Commercial Analyst, you will 

• Build and maintain pricing and financial models for prospective and existing clients
• Perform profitability and pricing analyses to support business decisions
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Pricing, Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams to create winning pricing strategies and proposals that meet both client needs and business objectives
• Ensure pricing submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered within agreed deadlines
• Present pricing recommendations and financial insights to internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of pricing methodologies, tools, and processes

About you 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field desirable (or equivalent experience)
• Highly proficient in Excel, prior knowledge of formulas and macros is a must
• Previous experience in an analytical role such as Pricing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, FP&A, Sales Analytics, Business Analysis, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders from different functions
• Enjoys working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
• Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient at managing multiple projects and deadlines and working in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
• Takes responsibility for their work, checks for accuracy before delivering results, and shows initiative in finding solutions and driving tasks forward

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

• Poland: 86,000 - 106,000 PLN

The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
