Operations Travel Technology Specialist Remote

Full time, United States

The Operations Technology Specialist provides first line GDS and OBT support to all virtual agent or in-office in area of responsibility. This role is responsible for improving available time for virtual employees.

As a Operations Travel Technology Specialist, you will

Be accountable for case management, including escalating cases to provide support to internal employees and external customers
Work to troubleshot issues for a quick resolution
Communicate effectively via the most appropriate method to discuss procedures and common solutions
Manage system status, taking steps to improve performance and reliability as directed and per established policies and procedures
Proactively provide high levels of availability, performance monitoring, and capacity management, following best practices and adhering to any company/department SLAs
If training is identified as issue, prepare and deliver or distribute training materials to improve service levels

About you

Ability to Develop, Interpret and Follow Written Policies and Procedures
Experienced with Microsoft Business Software Applications and Other Communication tools
Experience with Smartsheet a plus
Highly motivated self-starter who independently identifies needs and takes initiative
Sabre GDS experience
Ability to balance multiple urgent priorities while maintaining strong ownership and follow-through
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Ops Technology Specialist is between $55,000 and $58,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location
