Process Manager (remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an Operational Process Manager to collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to drive the standardisation, improvement, and delivery of operational processes. This role plays a key part in embedding best practices across the organisation while supporting successful project outcomes in a fast‑paced, international travel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders to support operational process standardisation and alignment
• Support the definition, adoption, and continuous improvement of organisational best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert across processes, projects, and/or products as required
• Provide clear, pragmatic recommendations and solutions aligned to organisational structure, culture, and industry relationships
• Drive successful project delivery, ensuring outcomes align with agreed objectives and measurable results
• Develop, maintain, and own comprehensive operational process documentation for internal teams and key stakeholders
• Gather, define, and document business and operational requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and establish appropriate mitigation and contingency plans for identified risks
• Ensure a strong attention to detail in all operational and project-related deliverables

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in travel agency operations within an international working environment
• Strong working knowledge of Amadeus GDS, (Sabre GDS not essential but would be an added benefit), and other industry-standard travel tools
• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with proven experience building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
