HR Payroll Coordinator (Hybrid)

Full time or Part time, Milan, Italy

 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Payroll Coordinator to support our team with essential administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of HR area who’s ready to make a meaningful impact.

 

As an HR Payroll Coordinator, you’ll work closely with HR management to support the organization as the primary point of contact for our employees and managers. You'll handle multiple areas of HR, such as benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding. As an HR Payroll Coordinator, you will

  • Work closely with other HR colleagues such as Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams to research and solve issues
  • Triage and provide high touch customer service support to our employees/managers, responding to inquiries and requests sent to the HR Service Center
  • Be responsible for maintaining full knowledge of all the company’s HR policies/programs, to effectively answer related questions
  • Be responsible for onboarding of new hires/rehired employees, internal transfers, and other hiring processes
  • Maintain system related data, providing support throughout the hiring process, and maintaining employee files

 

About you

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a corporate business environment in HR Payroll
  • Good command of English and Italian
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Flexible and adaptable to ever changing landscape
  • Excellent communication skills
