Manager Product Planning, Agent User Experience, Travel Experience & Commerce (Remote)

The Manager Product Planning role leads product planning, documentation, readiness, and adoption support for assigned solutions, with responsibility for aligning product direction to operational needs and business priorities. This role partners with global and regional stakeholders to define product requirements, manage release readiness, support testing coordination, maintain clear product documentation, and communicate status, risks, and adoption insights to leadership and operational teams.

 

As a Manager Product Planning, Agent User Experience, Travel Experience & Commerce, you will

  • Own product planning and roadmap alignment for assigned agent-facing tools and functionality, ensuring product direction supports business goals, operational needs, and agent experience
  • Define and manage product requirements, user stories, success measures, and release priorities in partnership with development, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Evaluate business needs, adoption trends, agent feedback, issue patterns, bugs, and enhancement requests to guide product decisions, prioritization, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure product changes align with agent experience, operational workflows, client impact, and overall business objective
  • Identify operational needs, agent workflow gaps, product limitations, and future enhancement opportunities; assess feasibility and bring recommendations forward
  • Review product performance, adoption metrics, issue trends, and user impacts to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee implementation readiness, testing strategy, communication planning, training approach, and hypercare support for product releases
  • Coordinate testing participation, track reported issues, maintain readiness logs, identify gaps or risks, and support release preparation
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across product, operations, development, regional leadership, support teams, and business partners to align priorities, clarify scope, resolve open questions, and support successful delivery

 

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to translate product details, readiness status, risks, and action items into clear updates for leadership, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to motivate yourself and be able to get up to speed quickly - function independently in a supportive team
  • Excellent time-management and project-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple product initiatives, documentation needs, testing activities, stakeholder requests, and release readiness priorities
  • Competency with Microsoft Office products and collaborative tools used to create documentation, process flows, presentations, reports, project trackers, and shared materials for remote team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to use data, feedback, product knowledge, and operational insight to make sound recommendations and support informed decision-making
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage competing workstreams, and maintain progress in a virtual, regional, or global team environment
  • Experience in business travel or travel management is a plus

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager Product Planning, Agent User Experience, Travel Experience & Commerce is between $57,000 and $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
