Global Solutions Engineering (Remote)

Full time, Bangalore, India

This role blends traditional solution engineering responsibilities with a unique administrative coordination function that supports the operational backbone of GSE. You’ll be instrumental in client-facing solution design while also owning and maintaining key internal tools, assets, and programs that enable the team’s success.

As a Solutions Engineering, you will 

• Collaborate with commercial teams to design and present tailored solutions aligned with client needs and BCD’s digital capabilities
• Build and maintain GSE showcase sites, including adding/updating trip content and ensuring site relevance
• Partner with Product, Pricing, Implementation, and Sales teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
• Contribute to RFP responses and sales enablement efforts with compelling solution narratives
• Support client workshops, discovery sessions, and product demonstrations

About you 

• Relevant years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, client-facing consulting roles or similar.

• Experience managing internal tools, content libraries, knowledge base or demo platforms

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, travel distribution, and operational models.
