Manager, Partner Network (Hybrid)

In this role, you will work closely with VP Operations to manage BCD Travel partner network organization with the main focus to create and maintain strategic partnerships. Seek for opportunities to optimize the performance of the Partner Network by augmenting and injecting TMC mindset/professionalism into our partnership so that they can deliver best in class operations to our customers.Manage all aspect of the Partner Network commercial matters and work closely with BCD internal team to ensure smooth and efficient running of the partner network program by ensuring overall Service Level Agreements are met.

As a Manager, Partner Network, you will

• Manage Partner Network Escalations (Commercial) and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
• Assist with the development of procedure manuals and training materials.
• Engage in conference calls with (internal) to share best practices, expectations, process alignment as well as learning opportunities. 
• Liaise with internal client, program partners and other departments/business units on commercial/operations issues, program updates and changes, communication updates.
• Ensure high level of professionalism and internal customer satisfaction delivered in accordance to the SLAs

About you 

• Extensive relevant years of experience. 
• Good understanding of the regional markets 
• Skills in interpersonal relationship, project management and influencing and collaborating with all stakeholders. 
• Overall understanding of customer needs and timely service recovery. 
• Understanding of call center management
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
