Manager, Customer Experience & Enablement (Remote)

Full time, United States

 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales and retentions for targeted accounts on behalf of Operations, including participation in the RFP/bid process, client presentations, workshops, pricing, staffing configurations, and transitioning bid intelligence on successful wins/retentions to the core servicing team. In this position, it is essential to understand the BCD sales cycle, tools, products and processes related to operations and be able to identify the best solutions for customers. This position will have a primary focus on North America, however may include sales and retentions for global business.

 

As a Manager, Customer Experience & Enablement, you will

  • Be accountable for delivering bid/retention intelligence to operations during implementations
  • Liaise with operational teams regarding capacity and planning
  • Establish relationships with PM stakeholders and own the partnership with operations during bids/retentions
  • Own operational bid response inquiries, sales presentations, workshops and any corresponding follow-up items
  • Collaborate with GPO on target retentions requiring operational guidance
  • Coordinate the passing of business intelligence from the sales or retention cycle to the implementation and operational servicing teams

 

About you

  • Prior travel industry experience in account management, sales, or retentions
  • Solid understanding of travel operations
  • Thorough knowledge of business travel management and travel industry technology
  • Knowledge about BCD Travel Products and Services
  • Effective communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
  • Ability to travel
  • College/University degree preferred

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager, Customer Experience & Enablement is between $60,000 and $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
