Manager, Client Retention (Hybrid)
Full time, Denmark, Sweden

 

In this role, you will be accountable for successfully retaining existing local and regional BCD Travel accounts that don't have global support.

 

As a Manager, Client Retention, you will

  • Maintain and increase revenues utilizing existing client expansion and retention
  • Develop business plans, implement key deliverables, and measure results
  • Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with implementation teams to ensure client expectations are achieved
  • Make informed and sustainable recommendations to the BCD Travel nominated team and client
  • Work and communicate with Local Sales owners to create client retention and expansion plans 
  • Assist with the Company's strategic relationships at all times

 

About you

  • A successful history in a similar role within the business travel industry experience with a well-developed understanding of the business travel management and supplier landscape.
  • Knowledge of travel industry technology with experience in closing and implementing large clients
  • Effective communication skills, oral, written, and presentation in English, Danish, Swedish
  • Proven presentation tools and techniques; ability to present information to groups with the appropriate degree of formality
  • A proven history of success in the development and delivery of bids on complex RFPs
