Manager, AI Solutions Engineer, People & Culture (Remote)

Full time, Delhi, India

 

The Lead AI Solutions Engineer, People Technology is a senior, hands-on individual contributor responsible for designing and building secure, scalable AI-powered products and intelligent employee experiences. The role combines AI engineering, full-stack development, enterprise architecture, and product thinking to take solutions from concept and prototype through MVP to production.

 

What You'll Do

  • Architect and build enterprise AI and GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal AI, and agentic orchestration
  • Design secure agentic workflows capable of reasoning, retrieving information, invoking tools, and executing multi-step processes
  • Build RAG solutions incorporating embeddings, vector/hybrid search, reranking, and grounded responses
  • Personally build complete AI products, not just prototypes or architecture
  • Develop modern experiences using React/Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native
  • Build backend services using Python, Node.js, FastAPI/Flask, Express.js and REST APIs
  • Connect AI solutions with SAP SuccessFactors and the wider People Technology ecosystem
  • Establish reusable AI architecture and engineering patterns
  • Build cloud-native solutions across Azure and/or AWS
  • Embed security, privacy and Responsible AI principles into solution design

 

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience in software engineering, application development, or enterprise technology
  • Strong recent hands-on experience building AI/GenAI solutions
  • Strong full-stack engineering foundation
  • Proven ability to take solutions from idea/POC through MVP into production
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture and enterprise integrations
  • Ability to operate independently as a senior technical IC and influence without formal authority
  • Experience with HR/People Technology solutions and enterprise HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, data privacy, Responsible AI, and AI governance
  • Exposure to HR/People Technology, employee-facing technology or enterprise HR processes strongly preferred
