Meetings & Events Coordinator (Onsite)

*After your probation period there is an option to move to a hybrid model (2 days from home)
The Meetings & Events Coordinator will provide program information and make reservations via phone, online, fax, or email for airline travel, hotel accommodations, or car rentals as requested by our program participants. You will provide customer service to all attendees. In this role, you will be accountable for assisting Registration Managers and helping as needed to ensure the successful completion of all aspects of the group housing, registration, meeting, and incentive travel events.
As a Meetings & Events Coordinator, you will
- Be in charge of knowing and following the policies and procedures of the company and the client, relaying information that would benefit other members of the team, and finding ways to improve the delivery of service to our travelers
- Monitor and manage the email air folder, and online transactions for the program
- Provide coordination relating to the traveler approval process
- Manage the registration process, ensuring the registration form captures relevant information and matches the program website
- Serve as the point of contact within the operations team for all participant services related to an event
- Troubleshoot issues that arise with the traveler during travel dates
About you
- Several years of travel agency experience required (group agent/bookings is preferred)
- Expertise with group bookings, blocked space, Phase IV, and exchanges
- Working knowledge of domestic and international air travel destinations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and English
- Working knowledge of database systems is a plus
