Junior Financial Analyst, Global Client Finance

Full time, Hybrid in Krakow/Warsaw/Rzeszów, or remote in Poland

As a Junior Financial Analyst - Global Client Finance you will have the primary goal to prepare Client Financial Reporting and assist with any other client finance tasks. This position supports the manager role.

As a Junior Financial Analyst, Global Client Finance, you will 

• Manage data collection process and reviewing financial data on accuracy and completeness
• Participating and contributing to improve company processes (including testing new tools)
• Implement new clients by entering all pricing elements and creating report requirements
• Update pricing as new contract terms are implemented
• Maintain our reporting models; updating exchange rates and modifying programming for improvement as needed
• Create consolidated reporting and distribute these
• Maintain approval form and administer related process 
• Oversee various global client finance projects for our Global Client Team 

About you 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Accounting or finance experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in SAP tools is a plus
• Capability of working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and staff
• Excellent problem solving skills - anticipating, initiating and resolving issues
• Excellent commercial English skills
