Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant (Hybrid/Remote)

Full time, Pinewood, United Kingdom

This fast-paced and interesting role would suit someone who has a passion for entertainment travel, as our clients are MAJOR players in the TV & Film industry.

As a Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will

• Fulfill high-volume travel requests/inquiries accurately & efficiently via multiple GDS
• Book air, including helicopters and private jets; Rail and Accommodation, including hotels, private housing, and pet accommodations
• Negotiate volume discounts, eliminate or simplify contracts, and arrange direct bill services
• Arrange ground transportation, including Chauffeur drives, Meet & Greet services
• Understand and accurately support crew and talent movements, media baggage and carriage buyouts, Rider Management
• Manage multiple complex itineraries, special seat, and meal requests, as well as pet/companion travel

About you

• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes 
• Knowledgeable of travel industry systems (including Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus) 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
• Demonstrated professional customer service skills
