Do you want to help develop the IT service Management Suite with one of the world’s leading travel management companies? We’re looking for an ITSM Tool Administrator/ Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) who enjoys both a buzz and a challenge.

ITSM Tool Administrator / Ivanti Service Manager (ISM)

Full-time, Homebased in India

In this role you will be our global key support platform at BCD Travel. With over 1000 analysts, it has become the central service platform to manage multiple ITIL based processes beyond Incident and Service Request fulfillment.
 

As a ITSM Tool Administrator / Ivanti Service Manager (ISM), you will

• Further develop ITSM Platform by working with requestors and help clarify requirements
• Perform daily administration tasks including investigation of escalated issues
• Collaborate with IT team to help operate the infrastructure for the platform
• Support IT Service Management in fulfilling their overall business goals
• Monitor and adjust data integrations with other applications
• Coordinate and manage upgrades of our ISM environment with involved IT Infrastructure Teams and the Business

About you

• You have Ivanti Service Management (former HEAT Service Manager) experience
• An ISM Admin and ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• You have strong organizational and planning skills
