Learning & Development Specialist

Full time, Share Service Centre- Bengaluru

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering impactful training programs, shaping employee capabilities, and driving business success through learning.

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will

Deliver engaging training sessions across business travel operations, systems, and soft skills
Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and cultural alignment
Mentor new employees throughout their learning journey
Adapt training methods based on audience needs and learning objectives
Plan, manage, and deliver multiple L&D projects within agreed timelines
Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Routinely observe individuals performing their jobs to help identify learning and potential process improvements.

About you

Proven experience in delivering training (technical and soft skills)
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
5+ years of experience in learning & development, ideally in the travel industry
Service excellence, both in their interactions, delivery and in the ability to relate these concepts to course participants
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Proficiency on GDS ( Amadeus ) - Mandatory

Preferred

Prior experience with any Travel Management Company (Required)
SME Experience working with Excel, a LMS, social learning platforms
Experience in blended learning solutions (formal, informal, eLearning, self-directed, social, etc.)
