HRIS Analyst (Remote) 

Full time, Bangalore, India

As the Analyst, you will support the HR system and data analysis. Your responsibilities will include the support of one module and data analysis. 

As an HRIS Analyst, you will 

• Support of one module including case ticket management 

• Provide support to the HR community, managers, and employees that utilize the tool(s) 

• Provide navigational support and responds to cases in a timely fashion 

• Understand how Key Leaders work, and the impact on workflow and procedures to make changes. 

• Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve system and employee data issues 

• Evaluate the efficiency and accuracy of work processes 

 About you 

Technical Skills

• Integration Tools: Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP Integration Suite.
• APIs and Web Services: Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and OData services for data exchange.
• Programming: Proficiency in languages like Java, JavaScript, or Groovy scripting for customizations.
• Data Handling: Understanding of XML, JSON, and CSV formats for data mapping and transformation.

Functional Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Understanding of modules like Employee Central and additionally Recruiting or Onboarding.

• Business Process Knowledge: Awareness of HR processes and workflows to align integrations with business needs.
• Configuration: Ability to configure integration scenarios within SuccessFactors.
• Security Protocols: Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, and SSL for secure integrations
