HR Business Analyst (Remote)

Full time, Bangalore, India 

We are seeking a dynamic SAP Employee Central consultant with prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support projects.

As a HR Business Analyst, you will

• Have strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core EC)
• Provide hands on configuration of Business Rules, Alerts, and Notifications
• Work with the Employee Central Check Tool
• Support the team with Position Management, Time Off, and Timesheets
• Have an understanding of HR master data and employee lifecycle processes

About you

• Prior hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors employee central
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and SF framework
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP SuccessFactors -Employee Central certification preferred
