HR Business Analyst (Remote)

Full time, Bangalore, India 

We are seeking a dynamic SAP Story Consultant with 2–3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in People Analytics Stories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing story reports to support HR decision-making. 

As a HR Business Analyst, you will

• Develop and configure Stories in People Analytics using SAP SuccessFactors
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand reporting requirements
• Translate business needs into interactive dashboards and visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports
• Provide training and documentation to end-users
• Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors reporting enhancements and best practices

About You

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in People Analytics Stories
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting needs
• Experience with Workforce Analytics, Report Center, and Canvas Reports is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP SuccessFactors certification (People Analytics) preferred
