HR Advisor
Full time, Mumbai, India
In this role, you will be responsible for performing HR duties, working closely with and supporting line management and employees in Costa Rica. As a specialist, you are knowledgeable in all HR functional areas, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and legal compliance.
As an HR Advisor, you will

Apply company HR policy and legal regulations related to HR

Ensure functional leaders implement the necessary changes in a timely manner to remain compliant with legislative requirements

Local point of contact for employees and managers for HR related request and questions

Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting to various stakeholders
About you
-
Bachelor’s degree in related field and HR experience
-
Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, compensation, organizational development, leadership development

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
-
Excellent communication skills in English
-
Proficient in Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Knowledge and experience in applicable employment laws

Hands on experience in inhouse Payroll (Mandatory)
