Global Affliate Program Manager (Remote) 

Full time, United States, Canada

 

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with affliate members to consolidate and expand their programs globally by leveraging the BCD Travel global footprint outside of the United States. You will work closely with the affiliate members to stratgically grow business through the competitive bid process, strategic pricing, technology solutions and optimized service configurations. You will have ownership of client retention, implementations, financial performance, business planning and and reviews. The position is focused on business continuity planning, proactive escalation and operational excellence.

 

As a Global Affliliate Program Manager, you will 

  • Develop and lead a truly global travel program in partnership with affiliate members
  • Implement and execute a Global Business Plan to establish, achieve, and measure program objectives
  • Manage the Global Program Management team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through coordinated sales efforts, pricing strategies, and implementations
  • Oversee new business implementations, partnering closely with the global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Serve as part of the client support team, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive issue management and timely resolution

 

About you 

  • Prior travel management company experience in an account management role, along with experience working with affiliate members or understanding of the value proposition a global footprint offers to them
  • Solid Regional or Global Program Management experience within a travel management company
  • Experience in implementing and managing large market/global clients
  • A well-developed understanding of GDS online booking tools along with front and back office agency operations
  • A history of successful collaboration with suppliers, including a history of developing unique solutions for specific clients which highlights the value of our marketplace relationships
  • Advanced written and verbal presentation skills
  • Highly proficient with MS Office products, especially MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel when needed

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Global Affliliate Account Manager is between $85,000 and $105,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
