Finance Analyst, Supplier Management & Delivery (Hybrid)

Full time, Bangalore (India), Colombo (Sri Lanka)

• Analyze, interpret, and validate large and complex supplier datasets to identify trends, risks, and revenue opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of supplier revenue data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting sources.
• Own end-to-end reconciliation of supplier income and performance data across multiple internal systems, explaining variances by country, supplier, and category.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate, forecast, and optimize earnings from preferred supplier programs.
• Partner with local, regional, and HQ Finance teams to validate supplier reports, resolve discrepancies, and align financial outputs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking by providing robust analysis and clear financial insights to Management.
• Monitor supplier payments, expected income, and timing differences to assess cash flow impacts and support accurate forecasting.
• Track regional and APAC contributions against global supplier agreements, highlighting variances, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Proactively identify data inconsistencies, emerging trends, and potential risks, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or commercial analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory), with strong proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
• Highly numerate with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and logically.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently while making sound, data-informed decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and systems independently.
• Comfortable working in a virtual, multicultural, and multinational team environment.
• Travel industry experience in a similar role within a TMC, airline, or related organization is highly preferred.
