IT Field Services Engineer (Remote) 

Full time, United States

In this role you will be a key member of Global Information, Communications & Technology (ICT) team, responsible for the technical planning and implementation of IT projects and operation of existing infrastructure with involvement in incident and problem management. 

As a IT Field Services Engineer, you will 

• Ensure smooth operation, availability, and security of Global Network 

• Involved in Incident, change and problem management 

• Maintain high operational standards (e.g. updated documentation, documented procedures) 

• Monitor network and systems health, responding appropriately to network alerts and events to diagnose and troubleshoot network issues 

• Deliver on network projects involving cross-functional technical teams, internal business and engineering customers, and external partners 

 About you 

• Extensive experience in a similar role or equivalent 

• Deep technical understanding of various network protocols and technologies like TCP/IP, MPLS, STP, BGP, QoS, NAC, VPN, Firewalls. 

• Data center networking experience is a plus 

• Hands on experience with Cisco network equipment in larger organizations 

• Proficiency in server operating systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux) and Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus
