Director, CSS TSSM Travel Technology (Remote)

The Director, CSS TSSM Travel Technology is responsible for assessing incidents and determining a solution approach. You will need to proactively identify opportunities for improvements. You also will need to plan and monitor of the functional vertical in TSSM.

As a Director, CSS TSSM Travel Technology, you will

• Conduct assessments in a logical way, replicate error or test situation if possible
• Coordinate activities with a range of internal or external teams across various issues
• Define scope and complexity of projects, design process flows, design setups and determine the Level of effort
• Manage product innovation and product releases and demonstrate customer
• Manage productivity targets and service levels agreements
• Manage performance of the respective global team and take appropriate actions where needed
• Participate actively on required recruitment  

About you

• Experience in the travel industry is required
• Experience in managing technology is required
• You have advanced project management experience 
• You have administration knowledge of online booking tools
• You are  very familiar with minimum GDS Sabre and/or Amadeus) 
• You have worked in a collaborative and international workspace 
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• You have presented to customer and audiences before

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Director, CSS TSSM Travel Technology is between $96,000 and $112,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
