Director, Account Management (Remote)

You will be responsible for managing a team of program managers or a major account. You will help achieve the company's goals related to client retention, quality service delivery, client and BCD Travel profitability, preferred vendor maximization, and technology implementation.
As a Director, Account Management, you will
- Be accountable for oversight and direction of the team, including performance/activity updates with stakeholders
- Ensure multi-level, strategic client relationships are being established
- Support the development of client and department budget
- Lead the Account Management team to develop strategic client business plans to achieve the client and BCD Travel's objectives
- Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through (regional or global) expansion
- Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy promptly
About you
- Prior management work experience in the business travel industry
- Experience as an account manager in a corporate environment
- Highly effective written, oral, and presentation skills
- Computer literate in business software applications
- Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Director, Account Management is between $90,000 and $125,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
