Customer Support Representative, Operations (Remote)
- Handle incoming customer requests related to travel bookings and service issues
- Use BCD Travel tools and systems to accurately complete tasks
- Provide expert consultation and problem resolution within agreed service levels
- Maintain strong knowledge of travel supplier rules and client policies
- Deliver first-level support for the online booking tool and escalate technical issues as needed
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Collaborate effectively with team members and offer support across teams
- You have experience with GDS Amadeus
- You have travel industry knowledge
- Understanding of BSP rules and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent customer service skills
- MS Office experience, specifically MS Word and MS Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English AND Spanish are must, additional laguage (German, French or Dutch is a plus)
