Customer Support Representative, Operations

Full time, Bangalore, India

 

In this role, you will be responsible for handling escalated service issues, monitoring customer service levels, tracking and determining the source of issues and trends, and developing an improvement plan. You will ensure timely turnaround of all customer service correspondence. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service with good written communication skills.

 

As a Customer Support Representative, Operations, you will

  • Use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
  • Maintain and actively communicate current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.)
  • Professionally and appropriately respond to customers' inquiries and develop a positive working relationship
  • Consistently meet and sometimes exceed individual and team goals
  • Demonstrate service excellence
  • Professionally handle oral and written correspondence with customers and vendors regarding service

 

About you

  • Previous experience in a corporate travel office 
  • Proficiency in airline reservations systems
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of ARC rules and regulations
  • Flexibility in work hours
