Business Controller (Hybrid)

Full time, India

In this role, you will review all of the financial reporting requirements and accounting practices of BCD Travel or a specific region. You will establish financial plans, policies, and procedures to ensure that the assets of the company are secure, expenditures are properly outlined, and contractual obligations are properly paid.

As a Business Controller, you will

Provide oversight of and strategic direction to the functional areas of the reporting area
Assure policies are designed in compliance with all existing federal and state laws and that all policies and practices are designed to support the overall fiscal strength of the company
Review monthly consolidated and branch financial statements, including financial projections and variance analysis
Maintain division financial records/contracts in an orderly manner to ensure confidentiality and organized access by appropriate personnel
Assist in preparation of annual budgets and business plan
Effectively manage and controlsexpenses, set and monitor performance to budget

About you

Prior experience in Finance/Accounting
Sound knowledge of Controlling, Financial reporting and analysis
In-depth SAP / R3 FI & CO knowledge
Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Independent, goal- and results-oriented work style
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
