Resumen del cargo

Fortalecer las competencias en el área de hotelería y turismo por medio del desarrollo de las funciones definidas por el departamento de operaciones cumpliendo con los deberes pactados en el contrato de aprendizaje.

Principales responsabilidades

Validar los soportes de carta de garantía, soporte de pago y datos de la tarjeta del huésped según la reconfirmación del servicio.

Realizar el trámite de las solicitudes de servicios hoteleros/traslados del cliente a través de los medios y herramientas suministradas por la organización.

Tramitar y realizar el seguimiento a cotizaciones, reservas, emisiones, confirmaciones y modificaciones (tiquetes, hoteles) solicitadas por el cliente

Realizar seguimiento a la oportuna aplicación de los beneficios de los clientes como Up grade, Waiver, redención de tiquetes premio, aplicación de acuerdos comerciales con las aerolíneas

Verificar que la información y los tiempos de respuesta a los requerimientos presentados por el cliente, sean oportunos de acuerdo con su solicitud y a los ANS (Acuerdos Nivel de Servicio)

Educación /Conocimiento/ Experiencia

Estudiante de hoteleria y turismo, administración turística y hotelera o carreras afines
